Dr. Michael S. Brackney Canton, Michigan
USA
I can't say for sure when it all started, 15, 20, 25 years ago.
All I do know for sure is my back ached every morning for so long. I just
figured that that was the way life is. My boss used to tell
me all the time to go to the chiropractor. My response was always the same, "I'm
fine I just stretched something a little too much, it will be better
tomorrow." Well, tomorrow never came. I hobbled around with my left leg
and foot numb and aching for about a month when my boss finally
came to me and told me he was going to get all the salesmen and him and
drag me to his truck and take me to the chiropractor. My friend John
was getting worked on by Dr. Brackney at the time and he told me how
much he was getting helped, so I decided to check it out.
I woke up early every morning
and had the same routine: get in the shower, turn the water on as hot
as I could stand, then stretch and bend with the water beating on my
low back, until I could kind of stand up, then go to work in pain. Hey
that's normal isn't it? I don't remember the date but I'll always remember
that it was the morning after my third adjustment with Dr. Brackney.
I started my morning routine; the first time I bent over I touched the
bottom of the tub with my fingertips. When I stood up nothing hurt so
I bent over again and touched the bottom of the tub with my palms. I
don't thing I have been able to do that since junior high.
I was amazed,
I could bend over and my back didn't hurt. I'll never admit
this to anyone and whoever is reading this better not say anything, I
cried that morning, just a little bit and it wasn't from pain, it was
because there was no pain. I'm not the type of person that goes to a
doctor very often. I don't thing I ever met one that I actually liked
and didn't think was full of bunk. Dr. Brackney though he really impresses
me, that might not mean much to you but it means everything to me. Ahh,
and his staff, where did they come from, the second time I walked through
the door they all knew me by first name, plus everyone else that was
coming in. Ever seen that before? Not me. If you think it's just muscles
that need time to heal - don't wait get your spine checked it could be
a subluxation. I hope you are as amazed, happy, and pain free as I am.
Kevin
