I had herniated a disc in my back and was considering surgery when I
found out I was pregnant. Unable to take the pain medications
or have surgery, I was desperate for help. I couldn't stand for more
than a minute or two and was in constant pain. I came to see Dr. Jen
and after the first couple of adjustments I was able to walk without
pain. I was able to take care of my two other children and to go through
an entire pregnancy without the pain from the disc. This was also the
first pregnancy that I had no bedrest.
