When I was in the seventh grade I fell from a farm tractor and it ran
over my back. I broke a few bones and damaged the vertebrates in my back;
however, I healed and felt no noticeable damage. Later
in my twenties I lifted a large and heavy pipe and put my
back out of place' and again I healed and didn't see a doctor or chiropractor.
Fifteen years later, sitting in a car at a stop light I was rear ended
by a truck doing approximately 30 miles an hour.
I never really got over
that one. It stuck with me for a couple of years. Then the nagging pain
started when I stopped exercising and spent most of my time sitting at
a desk. The accumulation of damage to my body was taking a toll. But
I still had every intention of living with the pain, of making the best
of it. Through my family, Lori Contreras, and the fact that Paradise
Square Chiropractic Center was having a family check-up day and fundraiser
for Shadow Mountain High School I became a patient for Dr. Ramsey Gordon.
Basically they pushed me through the door. That day changed
my life.
The very first adjustment took away the back pain that I had
felt nearly every day for the last twenty years. In the following months
my sinus condition (again something I was going to live with) went away.
That was seven months ago. The neck pain from wearing a welding hood
is gone. I am now physically able to do things I haven't been able to
do for ten to fifteen years. But the real bonus is the whole life approach
to living that Dr. Ramsey teaches; to eat correctly, to exercise and
to seek healthy alternatives to 'pill' medicine that we are bombarded
with.
I believe that everyone can benefit from the type of care I have
received. Start when you are young and stay straight. Get Adjusted! If
