My name is Mauro and I am a male aged 53 years. I have been
in the care of Dr. Hakan Bilal and his staff at Health Wise
Chiropractic since Feb 2005. I am an accountant and as such
I have spent a great deal of time over the last thirty years
sitting at a desk and computer. I have also participated
in various sporting activities including football during
my school years, Squash and tenpin bowling.
At various times I sustained the usual knocks, sprain
etc associated with such activities and also whiplash 25
years ago as a result of a car accident. I consequently obtained
various treatments from physiotherapists and Chiropractic
centres which gave me only temporary relief over the years.
In February 2005, after enduring lower back
pain, neck, shoulder and sciatica on right side for longer
than I care to remember, I decided to visit Dr. Bilal. After
the initial x-rays and consultation I was offered and accepted
a program designed initially to correct the subluxation in
my spine and nervous system and then maintain or stabilize
my body.
It
has been 16 months since I started the program and although
I still have a long way to go, I know that I am on the road
towards optimal health.
