Having had back problems for 5 years things had to change.
In
August 04 I came to Dr. Peter with chronic pain in my lumbar
region. I had been to several Physio's Osteopaths and back
specialists and this was actually my last attempt at finding
a solution to my problem before taking a drastic step of
going under the knife. My God did I make the right decision.
Having been a high level sportsman for 20 years I felt that
my sporting career had come to an abrupt end. I couldn't
swing a squash racket let alone play or coach. I had to stop
training virtually all together (only gentle swimming). In
the 9-10 months I have been visiting Living Health, not only
am I recovering extremely well, I am now back to full time
competitive squash again and I have little restrictions in
my training schedule. Peter you have given me back the hope,
health and happiness that were mine 5 years ago. I cannot
thank you enough, as my wife and son now have their husband
and Dad back.
