We are the parents of a very special girl who has been diagnosed as
being developmentally delayed with a seizure disorder. Amy
has been treated by you since March of 1995, and prior to that time Amy
was treated with either Augmentin or Amoxicillin for a minimum of ten
days each month for severe sinus infections.
Since Amy has been treated
by you, she has not had one sinus infection that had to be treated with
any medication. I would also like to mention that she has not had one
seizure in 11 years now! And her seizure medication has been completely
eliminated.
On behalf of my
wife Carol and my daughter Amy I want to thank you for all you have done
for our family, as you now we WILL continue to visit you each week with
Amy.
