I had to have a medical examination before I could immigrate
to Australia and after moving too quickly, hurt my back.
So I came into see Dr Yildirim because of pains in my lower
back.
Previously, I have always had problems with my back and
have had to avoid bending. This has affected my gardening
and working on the car. I have had to try and do everything
without bending over. I used to suspend myself and wiggle around
to try to ease my back.
I had absolutely no doubts that chiropractic
could help me because some of my family have used chiropractic
with Dr. Yildirim before and I have seen the differences it
has made in their lives. I was very happy that Dr Yildirim
x-rayed me first. Dr Yildirim gave me a care schedule for adjustments
as well as traction exercises.
After 3 weeks I complained to
my family that the air conditioning was very noisy and was
told that it was not on. What I could hear was, in fact, the
neighbour's air conditioning unit! So I took out my hearing
aids that I had been wearing for 12 months, as I now didn't
need them.
Unfortunately a few weeks later I had a fall and
have had to use my hearing aids again. BUT, my hearing is improving
all the time, and I believe that it won't be long until I
won't need the hearing aids.
I am now able to do the gardening,
sweeping and work on the car again.
