The thing that I’ve learned and am in the process
of learning, is that the ability and power to heal myself
is within myself, give to me by God. The thing that remains
to be a struggle is to let go of some of my conditioned bad
habits that inhibit my body’s natural ability to heal
itself and to maintain good health. It’s a gradual
process (as was the process of decay that I fell into) to
get well and this is where the workshops help. What works
best for me is the one step approach and that is something
the workshops are geared for, since they insolate a certain
step instead of bombarding one with everything.
I also learned
how chemically dependent our society, and I have become (aspirin,
Tylenol, etc.). When I cooperate with the ideas that have
been presented at F.C.C., I feel my ailments heal much quicker.
An instance of this was when I was stricken with food poisoning
about 2 months ago. I had to see a doctor for this since
my job required a doctor’s
note to excuse me for the day. The doctor had prescribed
2 medications for me and then proceeded to tell me that I
should start to feel better after a week or so. Since learning
that meds can actually only relieve the symptoms while making
the problem linger, I chose not to take them. Within a day
and a half, I was back to normal (as normal as I usually
am anyway Ha! Ha!) I ceased vomiting and no longer had a
fever and I was ready to tackle the world.
Thanks F.C.C. for
bringing to me this valuable information. You’re the
best!
