Before I started at Health In Hands
I had suffered from hip and lower back pain/discomfort from
the age of 15. I was also classed as a severe asthmatic.
Asthma was treated with drugs (which made me very drowsy
and left me with very low energy) and back and hip pain was
caused by growing too fast for my bones (apparently).
I have
been coming to Health In Hands for just over 12 months and
is one of the best things I have ever done. Asthma and my
lower back and hip pain are non existent. I can't believe
I had lived 8 years of my life in pain and agony. It was
a waste. I now do things I never imagined I would do and
live life to the fullest.

aspect of chiropractic care. I would like to thank them so
much for giving me back my life.
