On the 15th Dec 2001, due to a family situation, my body
was sent into shock. I was diagnosed by 2 independent doctors
and as a result I was prescribed the appropriate treatment
for the allergies. This was only the start of my problems.
When my first hair loss commenced, I had the required blood
tests which all showed OK. For the next 19 months (with the
help of a local herbalist for treatment) I went through a
second hair
loss, infections, I minor nervous breakdown, depression and
low energy level.
I could by this time see no "light at the end of the
tunnel"
I happened to be reading "Health In Hands Chiropractic
Centre" article in the local advertiser, and after reading
the health problems you could have- I though I was reading
about myself! As I had tried everything to get my health
back on track, I decided I would have nothing to lose by
giving it a go. I could feel myself slipping back into depression
by this time.
After my first consultation and x-rays I was absolutely
shocked to see the damage the stress had caused to my spine.
I was also very relieved to find out exactly why my body
was still in stress. I have always believed in natural health
treatment - where possible.
After only 5 - 6 adjustments, I
could feel my body getting stronger and I was feeling much
better. Now after three months of intensive treatment I am
now back to my "old self".
I do realise though, that I still have a long way to go.
I can’t speak highly enough of the friendly and professional
people such as April, Tracey, Michelle, Stacey, Brad and
Grant.
Nothing is too much trouble! You feel as though they
are "life long" friends, they are such friendly
people and they have made the centre into a "one big
happy, friendly place" to go to for treatment. I would
never have believed that chiropractic treatment could have
such success so quickly.
I can now see the "light at the end of the tunnel" I
would thoroughly recommend chiropractic care for everyone.
