About six months ago, my wife a chiropractic patient,
encouraged me to make an appointment to Optimal Health. For
many years I suffered with neck and shoulder pain, possibly
attributable to poor riding habits when I attempted horseback
riding years previously or perhaps from whiplashing fender
bender. In any event, it seemed I was spending more time
with pain than without. After a thorough exam, a program
was agreed upon and worked into my already hectic schedule.
Almost immediately I experienced a reduction in discomfort.
But having read the Optimal Health University, I recognized
that the symptoms are a sign of subluxation have to be corrected
for long-term health and I had a lot of work ahead of me.
I stuck with the program and have experienced no “down-time” because
of my neck. I continue to improve and benefit from my visits.
There are two things I can say without hesitation: First,
being committed to the program is a must - success has been
dependent upon following the regime and secondly ‘re-training’ the
body after years of misalignment, doesn’t happen overnight,
it takes time to achieve Optimal Health, but there is nothing
better.
