My good friend, who is a nurse and social worker, has seen
Dr. McKelvey for two years and recommended that I see him
when reoccurring problems with my lower back persisted. When
I began treatment, I was looking for pain relief. I had no
idea that chiropractic treatment was about wellness. I’m
in my fourth month of treatment and I am experiencing pain
relief and feel energized. In retrospect I wish that I had
known and understood the far-reaching benefits of chiropractic
care years ago. At my recommendation my husband began treatment
shortly after I did and is also enjoying symptom relief and
a new bounce in his step.
My wife began seeing Dr. McKelvey for chronic lower back
pain; experiencing some relief and knowing that I suffer
persistent shoulder pain, she suggested that I too undergo
chiropractic treatment. Learning at clinic seminars that
my shoulder pain was part of a larger complex of degenerative
spine-related disease or subluxations, I decided to undertake
the recommended long-term treatment. I am happy with my decision;
not only has my shoulder pain subsided, but also I now can
workout by playing basketball and swimming. By undergoing
chiropractic treatment, I believe that I am taking the necessary
steps that benefit the quality of life during my retirement
years. Able to play again, I feel more than great; I feel
blessed.
